Carving Leader may seem like a baby in the industry, however, it will be run and lead by the people who are already gracefully matured and aged in the industry from the last 14 years. We have an extensive experience of management and support coordination supporting clients from various cultural, linguistic backgrounds and people with complex needs. We are overseas trained General Practitioners (GPs) and have a thorough understanding of what one may go through when they have a particular diagnosis and what challenges they face and what their Health Professionals are trying to communicate. The passion of remaining in our own medical field but yet very close to vulnerable people encouraged us to choose Community Services Industry. As our Mission says, we want to lead by examples and want our people with disabilities to lead their communities, we now want to introduce CARVING LEADERS.
